Happy First Birfday Mr. Hydrogen Station
That’s right I didn’t even realize until a few days ago that 1.1 miles from my condo (in the rather dodgy part of Washington DC) lives the first commercial North American hydrogen station. I should’ve realized something was up when I saw a european-spec GM Opel Zafira in my neighborhood with HYDROGEN badging all over it. I resisted the urge to duck and cover, though it is German, and powered on the same fuel that doomed the airship Hindenburg.
