Back from Eire!
What a fantastic trip! I never thought in a million years I could have such a fantastic time with my family - although I do admit we drank a lot of Guiness. Our rental vehicle of choice was an 11 passenger Ford Transit MINI Bus. I guess the rental car agency didn’t understand when he said he wanted a van AND a MINI. Even so we picked up our vehicle with 1100 kms on it and we returned it with approximately 2200 kms. Everyone faced their fears - my mom her bird phobia (she encountered 56,200 pairs of Northern Gannet at Little Skelligs), my brother Todd’s fear of heights (he climbed part of the way up Big Skelligs) - and me my fear of traveling internationally with my family.
